Furbaby Rescue is located in Norfolk, NE, and is a 100% volunteer, 501(c)3 exempt organization that relies solely on donations to operate.  There is no payroll here!  We do what we do all for the love of animals!

Furbaby Rescue was founded when one woman decided there was a significant need for dumped, sick, injured and lost animals.  These animals literally had no one to help them and they were being hit by vehicles, shot at and poisoned all because another human being decided they no longer wanted their pet.  The overpopulation of homeless animals needed help, vetting, food, care and love.

Furbaby Rescue excels in search and rescue of abandoned animals.  We locate them, safely catch them, give them total vet care, get them healthy, train them and find them forever homes.  We carefully screen all potential adopters, do home visits and meet & greets with qualified applicants.

We also offer microchiping for $25, which includes a lifetime enrollment!!

Our Executive Director also goes to schools, meetings and events to help educate folks on how to properly care for an animal  We love what we do but cannot without donations and supplies!!  WE APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!

We have a new 40’x63′ facility that is solely for the care and comfort of our rescues!  We also built a 20’x25′ reception office where you can spend time with our rescues prior to adoption!!  We hope to have our grand opening mid summer 2021!
